    تعمل سلطات الضبط المستقلة على حماية النظام العام الاقتصادي وتحقيق المصلحة العامة، وهذا من خلال الآليات القانونية والتنظيمية التي تهدف لتحقيق مشروعية مختلف الأعمال والأنشطة ذات الطابع الاقتصادي والمالي، وهو ما يخلق عنه توازن واستقرار اقتصادي، كما أن سلطات الضبط المستقلة تسهر على رقابة السوق من مختلف الأنشطة به، سواء كانت عمومية أو خاصة. وقد سعت دراستنا إلى البحث عن مدى تكريس الرقابة داخل السوق من خلال سلطات الضبط المستقلة، والتي تمارس الرقابة من خلال إصدار قرارات فردية ذات تأثير في سوق نشاط المعني من حيث عدد ونوعية المستثمرين، كما أن المشرع قيد هذه الرقابة بتدخل السلطة التنفيذية The independent control authoritieswork to protect the generaleconomic system and achieve the public interest, and thisisthroughlegal and regulatorymechanismsthataim to achieve the legality of various businesses and activities of an economic and financial nature, whichcreateseconomic balance and stability, and the independent control authoritieswatch over the market control fromvariousactivities, whether public or private.
