    " ALFA PIPE "واقع ممارسة القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مؤسسة الجزائرية للأنابيب

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة القيادة التحويلية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية على مستوى مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وجمع المعلومات تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة، وتوزيعه على عينة مكونة من 45 موظف في الإدارة في مؤسسة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب في ولاية غارداية، ولتحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج spss v19 والاستعانة ببعض الأساليب الإحصائية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، لعينة مستقلة، واختيار التباين وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: وجود ممارسة لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية في مؤسسةIn order to achieve the objectives of the study and the collection of information, the questionnaire was used and distributed to a random sample of 40 employees in the management of the Algerian Pipe Industry in Ghardaia State, Using the statistical methods: the arithmetic average, the standard deviation, the independent sample, and the choice of variance.
