    دور الأعلاج في العلاقات بين الجزائر وفرنسا خلال القرنين10-11ه/ 16-17م.

    تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة دور الأعلاج في العلاقات بين الجزائر وفرنسا خلال القرنين السادس عشر والسابع عشر. تستعرض المذكرة كيفية تأثير الأعلاج، وهم المقاتلون البحريون أو القراصنة الذين كانوا ينشطون في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، على العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية بين البلدين. توضح المذكرة كيف ساهم الأعلاج في تعزيز القوة البحرية الجزائرية ودورهم في الدفاع عن السواحل الجزائرية ضد التهديدات الخارجية، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرهم على التبادل التجاري والعلاقات الدبلوماسية مع فرنسا. تستند الدراسة إلى تحليل الوثائق التاريخية والمصادر الأولية التي تسلط الضوء على هذه الفترة المعقدة من تاريخ العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية. This memorandum aims to study the role of corsairs in the relations between Algiers and France during the 16th and 17th centuries. The memorandum examines how the corsairs, who were maritime fighters or pirates active in the Mediterranean, influenced the political and economic relations between the two countries. It explains how the corsairs contributed to strengthening the Algerian naval power and their role in defending the Algerian coasts against external threats, as well as their impact on trade exchange and diplomatic relations with France. The study is based on the analysis of historical documents and primary sources that shed light on this complex period in Algerian-French relations.
