    In this study we examined the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the prices of public transactions for works, we took each share separately (the share of major works, heating and storages, carpentry, electricity, fat and glass). These shares were more affected by oil prices. The extent of the impact of fluctuations in oil prices on the prices of public transactions of works. This study also covered the period from 2010 to 2017. To address this issue, we relied on the reports issued by the organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), and then using the statistical program 09Eviews and the program of electronic scales Microsoft Excel by using a simple linear regression in the least squares method when we used the simple regression model in this study, we found a statistically significant relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The most affected by oil prices in the share of fat and glass, and there was an inverse relation between oil prices and the public works prices
