    الضمانات القانونية للمرأة العاملة في التشريع الجزائري

    جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلطّ الضوء على قضيّة عمل المرأة، حيث لم يتم ضبط حقها في العمل، إلا في وقت متأخّر، فاعتُرف لها بهذا الحق ضمن المواثيق والمعاهدات الدولية، ثم تلتها التشريعات الداخلية لمعظم الدول، ومن بينها الجزائر التي نظمت علاقات العمل ضمن تشريع خاص. كما لم يغفل المشرّع عن وضع نصوص حاول من خلالها ضمان بعض الحقوق للمرأة بشكل مميز سواء في تشريع العمل أو القوانين الأخرى التي تؤثر على مركز المرأة العاملة في محيطها. This study came in order to highlight the issue of women's employment, whose right to work has not been regulated but lately . This right has been recognized in international instruments and treaties. This has been followed by the internal legislation of most countries, including Algeria, which has regulated labor relations under special legislation. The legislator has also not neglected to develop texts that attempt to guarantee certain rights for women in a distinctive manner, whether in labor legislation or other laws that affect the status of working women in their surroundings.
