    نهدف من خلبل هذه الدراسة إلي إبراز الدور الذي يلعبو الإيجار التمويلي في تمويل المشاريع الاستثمارية، حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على أسلوب دراسة حالة بمؤسسة الإيجار المالي لوكالة غرداية للفتًة 2011-2017 وعلى - أدوات المقابلة و الملاحظة ، وقد خلصت الدراسة أن الإيجار المالي يساهم في ترشيد قرارات التمويل في المؤسسة ويشجع المؤسسات على شراء الأصول وتحديثها حتى تواكب التطورات التكنولوجية، مما يخفض من تكلفة إنتاجها، كما يعتبر كبديل للإقتراض كونه يحقق الخصائص التي تميز غيره من مصادر التمويل الأخرىThis study aims at highlighting the role of financial lease in financing investment projects, where we adopted the method of case study to a financial lease entreprise of Ghardaïa agency during the period 2011 to 2017, in addition to interviews and observation. The study concluded that financial lease contributes to rationalize funding decisions in the entreprise and encouraging entreprises to purchase and update assets in order to keep up with technological developments, thus reducing the cost of their production. Financial lease is also an alternative to cross-borrowing as it realizes the properties of the other funding sources.
