    The concept of quality, the comprehensive management, and the quality of health services in private or public institutions in general, has become an environment for competitive business between each health institution and another. The public and private hospital sectors have a competitive strategy and the basis for a comprehensive management philosophy in the health sectors in general. Accordingly, through this study, we have identified the comprehensive feasibility management in the private health institution of the Oasis Clinic in Ghardaia, and the practical aspect was studied and 60 sample members of the study community were selected in the matter of the health sector of the Oasis Clinic, and hypotheses were tested and their results analyzed, and it became clear through Results: There is a strong positive correlation between the application of total quality management and the quality of health services in the private health institution of the Al-Wahat Clinic, and this was confirmed by analyzing the results of the questionnaire through the statistical analysis program Spss,And the emergence of a positive direct relationship with regard to the two variables (the independent total quality management - the quality of health services), which confirmed the validity and verification of the two hypotheses based on the existence of the application of the standards of total quality management and the quality of health services in the private health institution of the Oasis Clinic - Ghardaia.
