    دور ثقافة المؤسسة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية التنظيمي للمؤسسة الإقتصادية

    تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دور ثقافة المؤسسة في تعزيز الإبداع التنظيمي لمؤسسة إقتصادية ، من خلال فهم كيف تؤثر البيئة الثقافية داخل المؤسسة على مستوى الإبداع و المظاهر التي تميزها ، و الدور الذي تلعبه ثقافة المؤسسة في تطوير وتحسين الإبداع ، حيث حاولنا الربط بين ثقافة المؤسسة و الإبداع التنظيمي و إستنتاج العلاقة بينهما ، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة و الإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة فقد إستخدمنا الأسلوب الوصفي للحصول على البيانات المتعلقة بالجانب النظري ، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمد على المقابلة في مؤسسة الأنابيب فرع غرداية ، إضافة إلى الوثائق المقدمة لنا من طرف المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study dealt with the issue of the role of the enterprise culture in promoting the organizational creativity of an economic enterprise, by understanding how the cultural environment within the enterprise affects the level of creativity and the aspects that characterize it, and the role that the enterprise culture plays in developing and improving creativity, as we tried to link between enterprise culture and creativity. Organizational and deducing the relationship between them, and to achieve the objectives of the study and answer the questions raised, we used the descriptive method to obtain data related to the theoretical side, while the practical side was based on the interview at the Al-Anabaeb Corporation, Ghardaia branch, in addition to the documents provided to us by the institution under study
