    نظم دعم القرار داخل المؤسسة - دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بمتليلي

    تركّزت هذه الدراسة على استخدام نظم دعم القرار داخل المؤسسة، مع التركيز على دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية في متليلي. هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تقييم شامل لاستخدام هذه النظم وتحليل فعاليتها في تعزيز عمليات اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة. توصلت النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة إلى أن نظم دعم القرار تلعب دورًا حيويًا في تحسين عمليات اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة. كما تبين أن المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية في متليلي تعتمد بشكل واسع على نظم دعم القرار في العديد من جوانب الإدارة واتخاذ القرار. بناءً على النتائج، فإنه من الضروري تعزيز الجوانب الفعّالة لنظم دعم القرار في المؤسسة، وتطويرها لتلبية احتياجاتها الخاصة وتطلعاتها المستقبلية. كما ينبغي النظر في توجيه المزيد من الاستثمارات والجهود نحو تطوير وتحسين تلك النظم بهدف تعزيز كفاءة العمليات الإدارية واتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسةThis study focused on the use of decision support systems within the organization, with a specific emphasis on the case study of the Public Health Institution in Metlili. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the use of these systems and analyze their effectiveness in enhancing decision-making processes within the institution. The main findings of the study indicate that decision support systems play a vital role in improving decision-making processes within the organization. It was also revealed that the Public Health Institution in Metlili extensively relies on decision support systems in various aspects of management and decision-making. Based on the results, it is imperative to enhance the effective aspects of decision support systems within the institution and develop them to meet its specific needs and future aspirations. Furthermore, consideration should be given to directing more investments and efforts towards the development and improvement of these systems with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of administrative processes and decision-making within the institution..
