    أثر تمكين العاملين من الحياة الوظيفية دراسة حالة بثانوية خرفي صالح بالقرارة

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تمكين العاملين وكذلك جودة الحياة الوظيفية وذلك من أجل معرفة مدى استخدام تمكين العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة ومدى تأثيرها على جودة الحياة الوظيفية ، واستند البحث على مجموعة من المصادر والمراجع العلمية التي اهتمت بالموضوع في الجانب النظري أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم اختيار ثانوية خرفي صالح بالقرارة كمحل لتطبيق الدراسة ، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت 30، حيث تم تصميم الاستبيان من أجل التعرف على أراء المستجوبين حول أثر متغيرات الدراسة ، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة عليها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spssv.20)وتوصلت ا لدراسةإلىنتائج مفادهاأنه يوجدمستوى مرتفعل ممارسات تمكين ا لعاملين في مؤسسة محل الدراسة وكذلك مستوى مرت فعل جودةالحياةالوظيفية This study aimed to identify the empowerment of employees as well as the quality of working life, in order to know the extent to which empowerment of employees is used in the institution under study and its impact on the quality of working life,The research was based on a group of scientific sources and references that focused on the subject in the theoretical aspect, while the practical aspect was chosen as the kharfisalihel guerrara in ghardaiaHigh School as a place for applying the study.A random sample of 30 was selected. The questionnaire was designed to identify the respondents' opinions about the impact of the study variables.The study relied on the descriptive approach and the case study approach in collecting data, and the data obtained was analyzed using the statistical program (spssv.20). he study relied on the descriptive approach and a case study approach in collecting data, and the data obtained was analyzed using the statistical program (spssv.20).
