    الأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة كآلية إجرائية لمكافحة جرائم الفساد

    من الناحية النظرية: سعى المشرع الجزائري من خلال تعديلاته المتعاقبة والمستمرة لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية للبحث عن آليات متطورة وناجعة لمحاربة الظواهر الإجرامية المستحدثة، ونتيجة لذلك تبنى فكرة القضاء المتخصص وتم إخضاع جرائم الفساد لاختصاص الإقليمي الموسع للأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة، والتي تتميز بالوسائل المادية والبشرية والقانونية اللازمة، من أجل إعطاء العملية القضائية المستوى المطلوب من المعالجة وتحقيق العدالة، ومن الناحية الإجرائية فالإجراءات المتبعة أمام الأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة لمكافحة جرائم الفساد فيتم إخطارها بهذه الجرائم عن طريق المطالبة بالإجراءات من قبل النائب العام لدى القطب الجزائي المتخصص وإجراءات التحقيق والمحاكمة فيها مثلها مثل الجرائم المحددة حصرا في نصوص مواد قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري . Theoretically, the Algerian legislator sought, through his successive and continuous amendment to the Algerian procedure code , to search for advanced and effective mechanisms to confront the emerging criminal phenomena, and as corruption crimes were subjected to the expanded regional jurisdiction of the specialized criminal poles , which are characterized by the necessary materiel , human and legal means , in order to giving the judicial process the required level of processing and achieving justice , From a procedural point of view , the procedures followed in front of specialized criminal poles, to combat corruption crimes they are notified of these crimes by requesting action ,by the attorney general at the specialized pole , and investigation and trial procedures likewise , crimes are specified exclusively in the text of Algerian criminal procedures
