    تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع نموذج العمل التجاري BMC من حيث إبراز دوره ف نجاح المؤسسة الناشئة، بحيث تبين الدراسة الميدانية أن أصحاب المشاريع يواجهون عدة مشاكل من بينها عدم التدريب على كيفية إعداد نموذج العمل التجاري بطريقة فعالة، ووجود قصور كبير ف التعامل مع محيطها الخارجي، فإن هناك حاجة ماسة إلى تطوير البرامج الكفيلة بدعم تلك القدرات وذلك من خلال تبيان تقديم شامل للمؤسسة حانوت دوت كم عبر والتي محل الدراسة وتوضيح استراتيجياتها حيث اعتمدت دراستنا على المقابلة الميدانية تتضمن أسئلة وقد تم طرحها على الطاقم الإداري ف المؤسسةThis study addressed the topic of the BMC business model in terms of highlighting its role in the success of the emerging enterprise, so that the field study shows that entrepreneurs face several problems, including the lack of training on how to prepare the business model in an effective manner, and the presence of major deficiencies in dealing with its external environment. There is an urgent need to develop programs to support these capabilities by demonstrating a comprehensive presentation of the institution through which you are studying, and clarifying its strategies.
