    أثر استخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية على رضا الزبون دراسة حالة تطبيق بريدي موب

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إل محاولة التعرف على أثر استخدام تطبيق بريدي موب على رضا الزبائن، من خلال أبعاد )سهولة استخدام، الأمان والسرية، رضا الزبون(، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة، كما أجريت الدراسة على عينة طلاب الإقامة الجامعية، تم توزيع 35 واسترجعا منها 33 استبانة قابلة للدراسة، وتم كذلك استخدام عدد من النسخة رقم 27 لتحليل البيانات المستخرجة من spss الأساليب الإحصائية ضمن برامج توزيع الحزم الاحصائية الاستبيا ن، وخلصت النتائج إل أن المصدر الأول للمعرفة أفراد العينة بالتطبيق هم الأشخاص المتمدرسين والذين يثقون بالارائهم لكن القرار تجربتهم يعود للمستخدم نفسه، ك ما أن غالبية الأفراد راضون عن تجربتهم في استخدام تطبيق الهاتف الذكي، وخلصت الدراسة ك ذلك إل وجود فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالجنس والعمر، في حين توجد فروق فيما يتعلق المتغيرات الشخصية )المستوي التعليمي، الوضعية المهنيةThis study aimed to try to identify the impact of using the Bride Mob application on customer satisfaction through the dimensions of ease of use, security, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction. The descriptive approach and the case study method were used. The study was also conducted on a sample of university residence students. 35 were distributed and 33 were retrieved. A questionnaire that can be studied. A number of statistical methods were also used within the programs distributing the statistical packages (SPSS), version No. 27, to analyze the data extracted from the questionnaire. The results concluded that the sample members’ primary source of knowledge about the application are people who are educated and fearful of their opinions, but the decision on their experience is up to the user himself, and that The majority of individuals are satisfied with their experience in using the smartphone application, and the study also concluded that there are differences between the respondents’ answers with regard to gender and age, while there are differences with regard to personal variables, educational level, and professional status
