    the purpose of this research is to find out what are Makassed khassa of the financial actions and means of Imam Muhammad al-Tahir Ibn Ashour, and the problem that revolves around it is: how was the view of Imam Ibn Ashour of Makassed khassa of financial actions and means through the extrapolation to the provisions of the Sharia? In order to answer this problem, the research presented the definition of Imam Ibn Ashour and Makassed Sharia khassa, and then dealt with the definition of funds and then the importance of money at Ibn Ashour and then the sections of money and then came through this research to talk about Makassed of funds at Ibn Ashur, circulation of money, and clarity of mony and preservation, and stability of funds And justice in them, Finally I discussed the means of achieving Makassed of the funds as envisaged by Ibn Ashour, the means of circulation of funds, and then means of Makssed clarity of funds and its preservation, and then means of Makssed stability of funds and justice in them, and concluded the research by concluding with the most important results reached.
