    تيدف ىذه الد ا رسة إلى إب ا رز دور محاسبة الأجور كأداة فعالة في ترشيد النفقات العمومية، من خلال التركيز عمى كيفية ضبط الرواتب وم ا رقبة صرفيا وفق معايير الدقة والشفافية. وقد أظيرت الد ا رسة الميدانية بمديرية الض ا رئب لولاية غرداية أن اعتماد نظام محاسبي منظم للأجور يسيم في تقميل اليدر المالي، تعزيز الرقابة الداخمية، وتوفير بيانات موثوقة تساعد في تحسين اتخاذ الق ا ر ا رت وترشيد استخدام الموارد العموميةThis study aims to highlight the role of wage accounting as an effective tool in rationalizing public expenditures, focusing on how to control salaries and monitor their disbursement according to standards of accuracy and transparency. A field study conducted at the Ghardaia Tax Directorate demonstrated that adopting a structured wage accounting system contributes to reducing financial waste, strengthening internal control, and providing reliable data that helps improve decision-making and rationalize the use of public resources
