    تعتبر الحوافز من المؤثرات الأساسية التي تلعب دورا هاما وحيويا في سلوك الأفراد، التي يمكن من خلالها خلق الرغبة لديهم في الأداء، وتكمن أهمية الحوافز في تأثيرها على السلوك الإنساني حيث تعتبر عاملا مهما في تحديد الأداء الفردي في المؤسسة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير نظام الحوافر في أداء العاملين بالمؤسسة حيث قمنا بمقابلة شملت العديد من الأسئلة التي لها علاقة بموضوع الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقي ، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري وبذلك استطعنا الإجابة على الاشكالية التالية.Incentives are considered one of the key factors that play an important and vital role in individual behavior, as they can create the desire to perform. The importance of incentives lies in their influence on human behavior, as they are a crucial element in determining individual performance within an organization. This study aims to explore the extent to which the incentive system affects employee performance in the organization. we conducted interviews that included several questions related to the topic of the study in its applied aspect. In the theoretical part, we relied on the descriptive analytical method, through which we were able to address the following research question
