    تعقبات خليل على ابن الحاجب في باب العبادات من خلال كتابة التوضيح كتاب الطهارة و الصلاة نمودجا

    In my research , I dealt with Imam Khalil's commentaries on Imam Ibn al-Hajib through his book Explanation in the chapter of al tahara and salat . According to my study , I relied on the tracts on the descriptive-analytical method , with the use of induction mechanisms in collecting and tracing material from the collection of original source of fiqh books . This study contains the concept of the commentaries ,and its importance , along with a brief definition of the two imams Ibn al-Hajib and Khalil - may God have mercy on them - and a brief description of their books . Jamiei Al-ummahat wa Al- Taudih (Mothers collector and illustration) The tracts of Imam Khalil are outlined in the books of Purity and Prayer under two types of tracts: The first : tracings in naming the problem formulas : and includes what was in the phrase in terms of deficiency , delusionoutline or restriction The second: the tracts in the ratio of sayings : It includes what was said that contradicts the doctrine, or was attributed to someone who did not say it , as well as what was lack of transmission of the saying. He indicated in the individual issues their pictures with a study of the truth and its contents.
