    لقد وفرت المعاملات الالكترونية العديد من المزايا بالنسبة للمستهلك الالكتروني مثل تلك الخدمات التي تقدمها المصارف تمثل إحدى أهم مكونات التقدم الاقتصادي التي تتماشى مع التقدم التكنولوجي الكبير، حيث دأب على المصارف تبنى احدث التقنيات لتوفير الخدمات الإلكترونية لعملائها، لكن قد ترافق تلك المعاملات الالكترونية موجات كبيرة من أشكال الاعتداءات والاحتيال مما يؤثر بشكل واسع على توجه المستهلك، وقد يوقعه في مغالطة تضر بمصالحه لذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية في البحث عن كيفية مساهمة تبادل المعلومات الكترونيا والتعاون بين البنوك الجزائرية في حماية المستهلك المستفيد من هده الخدمةElectronic tourism transactions have provided many advantages for the electronic consumer, such as those services provided by banks, representing one of the most important components of economic progress that is in line with the great technological progress, as banks have always adopted the latest technologies to provide electronic tourism services to their customers, but these electronic tourism transactions may accompany Large waves of forms of attacks and fraud, which widely affects the consumer's orientation, and may lead him into a fallacy that harms his interests. Therefore, this research paper aims to search for how the electronic exchange of information and cooperation between Algerian banks contribute to protecting the consumer benefiting from this service
