    أثر التكامل بين التحول الرقمي والإدارة الإلكترونية على النجاح التنظيمي

    تج  تجسد الهدف الرئيس للبحث في دراسة أثر التكامل بين التحول الرقمي والإدارة الإلكترونية على النجاح التنظيمي، وذلك سعيا نحو التعرف على أهمية كل من التحول الرقمي والإدارة الالكترونية بالإضافة الى أهمية التكامل بينهما ، من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:تبين لنا أن التحول الرقمي يستلزم الاعتماد الشامل للتقنيات الرقمية في جميع جوانب المؤسسة؛ تر ّ كز الإدارة الإلكترونية على ادارة المعلومات والعمليات من خلال الوسائل الإلكترونية ؛ يؤكد التقاطع بين التحول الرقمي والإدارة الإلكترونية على أهمية التكيف السريع مع التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتبني مزايا الأدوات والعمليات الرقمية.ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل اليها الباحثان: ضرورة التأكد من أن أهداف التحول الرقمي تتوافق مع أهداف الإدارة الإلكترونية ؛ إن مسار التحول الرقمي والإدارة الإلكترونية مرشح للنمو والتطور المستمر، مما يتطلب اتخاذ موقف استباقي بشأن القدرة على التكيف، ضرورة القيام بإجراء تقييم شامل لاحتياجات المؤسسة وتحدياا قبل تنفيذ التحول الرقمي، مع ضرورة تحديد نقاط الضعف في الإدارة الإلكترونية ووضع استراتيجية لكيفية معالجة التكنولوجيا لهذه المشكلاتThe main objective of this research is to study the impact of the integration between digital transformation and electronic management on the success of organizations. This aims to gain an understanding of the significance of both digital transformation and electronic management, in addition to the importance of their integration. Among the key findings of the study are as follows: It became evident that digital transformation necessitates comprehensive reliance on digital technologies in all aspects of the organization; electronic management focuses on information and process management through electronic means; the intersection of digital transformation and electronic management underscores the importance of rapid adaptation to modern technology and the adoption of digital tools and processes. Among the key recommendations made by the researchers are the need to ensure that the objectives of digital transformation align with those of electronic management; the trajectory of digital transformation and electronic management is poised for continuous growth and development, necessitating a proactive stance towards adaptability. Furthermore, a comprehensive assessment of the organization's needs and challenges should precede the implementation of digital transformation, along with the identification of weaknesses in electronic management and the formulation of a strategy for addressing technologyrelated issues
