تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تقييم مستوى جودة التدقيق ومعرفة مدى مساهمته في إنجاح مساعي الإصلاح الإداري والمالي ، حيث تمثلت إشكالية بحثنا في : "إلى أي مدى تساهم جودة التدقيق في تحقيق مساعي الإصلاح الإداري والمالي في شركة نفطال غرداية ؟" وبغية الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة وتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم إستمارة إستبيان تتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها وهذا ما تم تطبيقه في شركة نفطال غرداية بتوزيع الإستبيان على عينة غير عشوائية من موظفيها في المجال الإداري والمالي لأخذ أرائهم وتوجهاتهم حول موضوع الدراسة وكلب بالإعتماد على أداة المقابلة أيضا للحصول على المعلومات الكافية وتفسير بعض الجوانب فيما يخص جودة التدقيق و بوادر الإصلاح الإداري والمالي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن المدقق الداخلي يعتمد على الإجراءات المحددة من طرف الإدارة العليا للقيام بمهامه على أكمل وجه ، كما يقوم هذا الأخير بتزويد الإدارة العليا بتقارير دورية مفصلة عن الأداء الإداري والمالي للمؤسسة ، أما فيما يخص محافظ الحسابات فيقوم بإتباع معايير التدقيق الجزائرية للقيام بمهامه وتزويد الجهات الوصية بتقرير مفصل عن نتائج أعماله ، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة تكاملية بين مستوى جودة التدقيق و تحقيق مساعي الإصلاح الإداري والمالي وكلب من خلال تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة داخل المؤسسة ، وقد خلصت الدراسة بجملة من الت وصيات والمقترحات من أهمها ضرورة التقييم المستمر لإججراءات المتخذة لبلوغ الإصلاح الإداري والمالي مع العمل على إزالة ما يعيقها ويحد من فعاليتها وضرورة الاهتمام بلجان التدقيق للحفاظ على التدقيق الداخلي و محاولة ربطه بالتدقيق الخارجي تجسيدا لحوكمة الشركات بالم ؤسسة والحصول على تقارير تدقيق متكاملة وكات جودة عاليةThe objective of this study is to try to assess the level of audit quality and to determine the extent of its contribution to the success of the administrative and financial reform efforts. The question was: "To what extent does the quality of auditing contribute to the achievement of administrative and financial reform efforts at Ghardaia Neftal"? In order to answer the problem presented and achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire questionnaire was designed to suit the subject of the study and its objectives, and this is what we dropped on the Naftal Ghardaia Foundation to distribute the questionnaire to a sample of its employees in the administrative and financial field to take their views and directions on the subject of the study based on the interview tool to obtain adequate information And the interpretation of some aspects with regard to the quality of audit and the signs of administrative and financial reform in the institution under study, the study has reached the results of the most important, the internal auditor depends on the procedures specified by the senior management to carry out its tasks to the fullest The results of the study show that there is an integrative relationship between the quality of the audit and the quality of the audit. And the achievement of administrative and financial reform efforts through the application of the principles of governance within the institution. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is the need for continuous evaluation of the measures taken to achieve administrative and financial reform and work to remove what hinders it and limits the P Jurisdiction and the need for attention to the audit committees to maintain internal audit and external audit attempt to link the embodiment of the corporate governance institution and to obtain complete audit reports and high quality.
واقع القطاع السياحي في الجزائر ودوره في دعم الإقتصاد الوطني من خلال تتبع بعض المؤشرات للفترة 2010/2019

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان واقع قطاع السياحة في الجزائر ودوره في دعم الإقتصاد الوطني من خلال عرض وتحليل بعض البيانات والمؤشرات عن العرض السياحي والطلب السياحي في الجزائرللفترة2010 ,2019 واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر تتوفر على مقومات سياحية مختلفة ومتعددة تؤهلها بأن تكون قطبا سياحيا بامتياز إلا أن القطاع السياحي الجزائري يعاني من مشاكل عديدة تعوقه دون تحقيق المأمول منه كما تتميز إيرادات السياحة من الأجانب بالضعف إذا ماقورنت بإيرادات الجزائريين المغتربين التي يتأتى منها النسبة الأكبر من الإيرادات بالإضافة إلى مساهمة القطاع السياحي الجزائري في الناتج وفي التشغيل هي بمعدلات ضعيفة وذلك راجع بالأساس إلى ضعف الطلب السياحي الوافد إلى الجزائر ,This study aims to explain the reality of the tourism sector in Algeria, and its role in supporting the natio- nal economy, by presenting and analyzing some data and indicators about tourism supply and tourism demand in Algeria for the period: (2010-2019). The study used the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, and the study concluded that: Algeria Algeria has many different tourism components that qua- lify it to be a tourism pole par excellence. However, the Algerian tourism sector suffers from many pro- blems that hinder it from achieving what is expected of it. Tourism revenues from foreigners are also cha- racterized by weakness when compared to the revenues of Algerian expatriates, from which the largest percentage of revenues comes. In addition, the Algerian tourism sector’s contribution to output and em- ployment is at weak rates. This is mainly due to the weak tourist demand coming to Algeria
