    أثر إدارة الكفاءات على النجاح التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال - قسم الإنتاج المديرية الجهوية لسوناطراك حاسي الرمل -

    هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثرإدارةالكفاءاتعلىالنجاح التنظيمي فيمنظمات الأعمال دراسة حالةقسم الإنتاج للمديرية الجهوية لسوناطراك حاسي الرمل، وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان و القيام بالمعالجة الاحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss النسخة (24) لتحليل البيانات حيث شملت عينة البحث (30) عامل بالمنظمة بمختلف المستويات الوظيفية و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. خلصت نتيجة الدراسة الى وجود علاقة بين إدارة الكفاءات وتحقيق النجاح التنظيمي،و هناك ارتباط قوي بين المتغير المستقل إدارة الكفاءات والمتغير التابع تحقيق النجاح التنظيمي، وجاءت نسبة ارتباط إبعادإدارةالكفاءاتعلىالنجاح التنظيميمتقاربة بين الكفاءة والفاعليةوالثقافة التنظيمية، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق إدارةالكفاءاتعلىالنجاح التنظيمي في المنظمة محل الدراسةكان مقبولا بمستوى متوسط لكنه غير كافي. This study was designed to determine the impact of the management of competencies on the organizational success of business organizations. This survey wasconducted at the productiondepartment of the SONATRACH Régional Direction of Hassi R'mel.The survey tool was used and statistical processing was carried out through the SPSS version (24) data analysis program. The research sample included 30 workers having different in the company.The study relied on the analytical descriptive curriculum. The results of the study found a correlation between competency management and organizational success.There is a strong correlation between the independent variable of competency management and the subordinate variable of organizational success. The study shows that the highest correlation isbetween the management of competencies and the organizational success then comes the efficiency followed by the effectiveness and then the organizational culture but in close proportions. The study concluded that the reality of the application of competency management to the organizational success of the organization in question was quite acceptable although insufficient
