تقييم متطلبات وأهداف الحكومة الالكترونية في الجزائر من وجهة نظر مستخدمي الإدارات العمومية
(جامعة غرداية, 2020) غطاس, محمد الصادق
This study aimed at evaluating the Electronic Government in Algeria from the Public Administration employees’ viewpoint by using their opinions about the extent of providing the necessary requirements for the success of the electronic government and its goals, The field study took place in the services in charge of producing the biometric ID cards and passports in the “Daïras” (Districts) and the Municipalities of Wilaya of Ouargla. The sample of study is made of 175 employees in the services, and to reach the aims of this study we used a questionnaire as the main tool of our survey. In addition, we used mean, the standard deviation, Relative Importance Index, Independent Samples Test, One way ANOVA, and Tukey test for dimensional comparisons, to accomplish the study’s aims. After the statistical analysis and according to the employees, we found that the extent of providing the requirements of the success of the electronic government is medium; meanwhile they expressed a positive view towards reaching the aims of the electronic government in Algeria. Accordingly, the results showed that there were differences of statistical significance in the requirements of the success of the electronic government in Algeria due to the age and the nature of the job, and not to the gender, the level of education, the seniority, or the job itself.
