    علاقة سمات فرق العمل بمقاومة التغيير دراسة حالة الوحدة الرئيسية للحماية المدنية ولاية البيض

    تهدف هذه الد ا رسة الى تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين سمات فرق العمل و مقاومة التغيير و لتحقيق هذه الاهداف اعتمدت هذه الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي ، تكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من اعوان الحماية المدنية للوحدة الرئيسية للحماية المدنية ولاية البيض و تم استخدام اداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات حول موضوع الد ا رسة ، بالاضافة الى بعض الاساليب الاحصائية الخاصة ببرنامج SPSS.V25 و توصلت الد ا رسة الى مجموعة من النتائج هي :ان هناك علاقة بين سمات فرق العمل و مقاومة التغيير ، و هي علاقة طردية إيجابية ضعيفة جدا بين سمات فرق العمل و مقاومة التغيير This study aims to shed light on the relationship between the attributes of work teams and resistance to change, To achieve these goals, this study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. The study popualation consisted of civil protection agents of the main unit of El Bayadh, and the questionnair tools were used to collect data On the subject of the study, in addition to some statistical methods of the SPSS V 25 program , and it reached a set of results : There is a relationship between the traits of team work , and the resistance of change and it is a very weak direct positive relationship
