    الذكاء الإجتماعي وعلاقته بالرضا عن الحياة لدى اساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي (دراسة ميدانية بابتدائيات مدينة متليلي الشعانبة ــ ولاية غرداية)

    The current study aimed to identify social intelligence and its relationship to life satisfaction among primary school teachers in mettlili – ghardaia. The study was applied to about 277 primary education teachers who were chosen randomly, amoung them 39 are male and 238 are female. The descriptive analytical method has been relied on in a correlative manner.And to collect the information, we used the social intelligence scale prepared by Dr. El-Sayed Muhammad Abu Hashem modified by the searcher djamila kattfi. and the life satisfaction scale prepared by Suhaila Saeed. The data was processed using (SPSS)And we relied on the statistical methods like the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson's correlation coefficient. And we arrived in the study to: 1- the level of social intelligence of primary education teachers in the city of metlili is high. 2- the level of life satisfaction among primary education teachers in the city of Metlili is high. 3- There is a statistically significant relationship between social intelligence and life satisfaction among primary school teachers in the city of Metlili. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of social intelligence among primary education teachers due to the variable gender (male/female), the experience (02years -18years)- ( 19 years – 35 years) and the interaction between them. 5- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of life satisfaction among primary education teachers due to the variables of gender (male - female), marital status (single - married) and the interaction between them.
