It aims to highlight and refute the pseudo-science of spiritual energy and the disruptions it causes to the concept of monotheism and deviations in practice, such as yoga, the Law of Attraction, and Access Bars. These practices are critiqued and their destructive ideas to Islamic beliefs are explained.
