    يهددف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور صندوق ضمان القروض في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة -دراسة حالة FGAR المديرية العامة الجزائر العاصمة ، من خلال معالجة الإشدكالية : ما مدى مساهمة صندوق ضمان القروض في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ومن أجل الوصول إلى هذا الهدف ، حاولنا إبراز ماهية صندوق وضمان القروض وألية عمله و في الجزائر بحيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبعد استعراض وعرض المفاهيم النظري لصندوق وضمان القروض للمؤسسدات الصغيرة والمتوسطة قمنا بمقارنة بين مؤسستين الأولى في حالة إنشاء أما الثانية في حالة توسعة حيث يدرس صندوق وضمان القروض طلب الضمان بمجموعة من مؤشرات الأداء المالي لحساب نسبة الضمان وتعتد هذه الأخيرة مدن أهم المشاكل التمويلية التي تعاني منها المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطةThe purpose of this research is to seek` the role of Loan Guarantee Fund in financing small and medium enterprises - Case study of the FGAR General Directorate in Algiers. The study raises the following problematic: to what extentLoan Guarantee Fundcontribute in financing small and medium enterprises? The study attempted to highlight the nature of loan guarantee fund and its working mechanism in Algeria. The researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach since the study is based on describing and analyzing the role and the contribution of Loan Guarantee Fund. After reviewing and presenting the theoretical concepts of loan guarantee fund for small and medium enterprises, the researcher compared two, the first is in case of establishment whereas the second is in case of expansion where loan guarantee fund examines the guarantee application with a set of financial performance indicators to calculate the percentage of guarantee and this is one of the most important financing problems experienced by small and medium enterprises
