    دور نظم المعلومات الالكترونية في تحسين خدمات صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء بغرداية للفترة من أفريل إلى ماي 2024

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظم المعلومات الإلكترونية في تحسين خدمات صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء ) CASNOS (، حيث تم القيام بالدراسة التطبيقية )دراسة حالة( في صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء للفترة من 2020 إل 2024 ، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي وذلك بإستخدام الإستبيان الذي وزع على ) 30 ( عامل، وتحليله بطريقة spss ولقد توصلت الدراسة إل العديد من النتائج أهمها: - تسهيل الوصول والتواصل: من النتائج المهمة أن نظم المعلومات الإلكترونية ساهمت في تسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات وتبسيط عملية التواصل بين الموظفين والعملاء، مما يعزز من رضا المستفيدين . - تحسين كفاءة العمل: أظهرت الدراسة أن استخدام نظم المعلومات الإلكترونية يساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة كفاءة العمل من خلال تسهيل العمليات الإدارية وتقليل الوقت المستغرق في إنجاز المهام المختلفة . - دقة البيانات والتحليلات: ساعدت نظم المعلومات الإلكترونية في تحسين دقة البيانات والتحليلات المتوفرة، مما أدى إلى اتخاذ قرارات أكثر دقة واستنادًا إلى معلومات موثوقة . - تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية: ساعدت النظم الإلكترونية في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال الأتمتة وتخفيض الأخطاء البشرية، مما أدى إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة . - تقديم خدمات مبتكرة: أمكن من خلال النظم الإلكترونية تقديم خدمات جديدة ومبتكرة تلبي احتياجات المستفيدين بشكل أفضل وتوفر تجربة مستخدم محسنة . This study aims to understand the role of electronic information systems in improving the services of the Social Security Fund for Non-Wage Earners (CASNOS). An empirical study (case study) was conducted at the Social Security Fund for Non-Wage Earners for the period from 2020 to 2024, The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach using a questionnaire distributed to 30 employees and analyzed using SPSS. The study reached several important findings, including: ~ V ~ - Facilitating Access and Communication: One of the significant results is that electronic information systems have contributed to easier access to information and simplified communication between employees and clients, which enhances beneficiary satisfaction. - Improving Work Efficiency: The study showed that the use of electronic information systems significantly contributes to increasing work efficiency by facilitating administrative processes and reducing the time required to complete various tasks. - Accuracy of Data and Analyses: Electronic information systems have helped improve the accuracy of available data and analyses, leading to more precise decision-making based on reliable information. - Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Electronic systems have improved operational efficiency through automation and the reduction of human errors, leading to better quality services. - Providing Innovative Services: Through electronic systems, it was possible to offer new and innovative services that better meet the needs of beneficiaries and provide an enhanced user experience
