    دور التعليم الريادي في تنشيط الفكرالمقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من طلبة التخرج بجامعة غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التعليم الريادي في تنمية الفكر المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة غرداية. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الفصل الاول وعلى المنهج التحليلي في الفصل الثاني مع الاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وتحليل النتائج باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيSPSS21. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التعليم الريادي يُساهم بشكل إيجابي في تحفيز الطلبة على تبني الفكر المقاولاتي، كما أن البرامج والمناهج التعليمية ذات الطابع الريادي تُعزز من قدراتهم ومهاراتهم، وتشجعهم على التفكير في إنشاء مشاريعهم الخاصة. كما تبين وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التعليم الريادي واتجاهات الطلبة نحو المقاولاتية.وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة دمج مفاهيم ريادة الأعمال في مختلف التخصصات الجامعية، مع تفعيل دور دار المقاولاتية في مرافقة الطلبة وتوفير بيئة حاضنة لمبادراتهم. This study aims to highlight the role of entrepreneurial education in developing entrepreneurial thinking among university students, through a field study conducted on a sample of students from the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Ghardaia. The descriptive approach was adopted in the first chapter, while the analytical approach was used in the second chapter, with the questionnaire tool employed for data collection and the statistical program SPSS 21 used for analyzing the results. The study's findings revealed that entrepreneurial education positively contributes to encouraging students to adopt entrepreneurial thinking. Moreover, entrepreneurial-focused programs and curricula enhance their capabilities and skills and motivate them to consider launching their own projects. The results also indicated a statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurial education and students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship. The study concluded with the recommendation to integrate entrepreneurship concepts across various university disciplines and to activate the role of entrepreneurship houses in supporting students and providing an incubating environment for their initiatives
