    The current century is witnessing great challenges, which led to countries relying on an economy based on creativity, which resulted in considering financial creativity as one of the important elements for making financial decisions in the Algeria Telecom Corporation and the Mobilis Agency., and to achieve the objectives of the study, an electronic questionnaire was adopted, and (132) questionnaires were analyzed represented in questionnaires valid for analysis using the Spss program, and the most important results were Algeria Telecom Mobilis Agency is working to adopt advanced technologies to provide service at the required level for the customer, as well as there is a relationship between financial innovation and financial decision-making in Algeria Telecom and Mobilis Agency as The study found that the Mobilis Agency should continue to adopt and develop the concept of innovation and financial creativity in financial technology and pay attention to the requirements of that in order to develop the quality of service and achieve profits.
