    تناولنا فيبحثنا العلمي هذا دراسة موضوع قانوني حول عملية اعتراض المراسلات, تسجيل الاصوات والتقاط الصور,وما ينص عليهفي التشريع الجزائي وضمان الخصوصية,وذلك في فصلين، الفصل الاول هو تعريف الخصوصية التي لم يشار لها لا في الدساتير ولا في قوانين المقارنة، واعتبارات حرمة المسكن، والمراسلات البريدية أو البرقية والمحادثات الخاصة و العامة، أو استراق الصور، من مظاهر الخصوصية،وأي اعتداء أجنبي عليه يشكل خطر على صاحبهاو على خصوصيته، أماالفصل الثاني من هذه الدراسة هو الاستثناء على هذه القاعدة، وهو إجراء اعتراض المراسلات وتسجيل الاصوات والتقاط الصور، الذي رخص بموجب قانون باعتباره أسلوب الوحيد قادر على حد من بعض الجرائم الخطيرة التي أصبح من الصعب التحكم فيها في العصر الحديث، ومرفق معه بعض الأحكام والضوابط التي تحكم هذا الأسلوب، لتفادي الاعتداء جسيم على خصوصية Examination of the subject of interception of correspondence, recording of votes and taking photos in penallegislation and ensuringprivacyislimited to two aspects The first aspect of the studyis the definition of privacy to whichneither constitutions nor comparative lawsrefer, The inviolability of a dwelling, papyrus, telegram and private or public conversations; Or the theft of a photograph, manifestations of privacy, and anyforeignassault on him poses a danger to hisowner and to hisprivacy. or the other aspect of thisstudyis the exception to thisrule, It is a procedure, interceptingcorrespondence, recording votes and takingphotographs, whichlicensed a law as the onlymethod capable of limitingsome of the serious crimes that have becomedifficult to control in modern times, accompanyingsome of the provisions and controlsthatgovernthismethod.
