    تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق واستعمال الإدارة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائي ة )مستشفى 120 سرير ( وكذا إبراز مدى د ا رسة مدى التحول الجذري من النظام القديم التقليدي إلى النظام المعلوماتي الرقمي في مديرية الموارد البشرية وبعض المصالح الاستشفائية الأخرى حي ث توصلت الد ا رسة إلى أن المؤسسة تشهد تحسين وتسريع الخدمات للموظفين وللمواطنين والمرض ى، وكذل ك تمر المؤسسة بمرحلة جديدة تنتشر فيها الشبكات والوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة مما ساعدها في الانتقال من المؤسسة التقليدية إلى مؤسسات حديثة الكترونية رقمية وبالتالي الانتقال إلى انجاز وإجراء الأعمال والاتصا لات الكترونيا والذي يساهم حتما في نمو وتطور المؤسسة وزيادة مكانته اThis study aims to highlight on the reality of the application and use of information technology management in the public hospital institution (120-bed hospital). Additionally, it seeks to illustrate the extent of the thorough transformation from the old traditional system to the digital information system within the Human Resources Directorate and some other hospital departments. The study found that the institution is witnessing improvement and acceleration of services for employees, citizens, and patients. Moreover, the institution is undergoing a new phase where networks and modern technological means are prevalent, aiding its transition from a traditional institution to modern digital electronic institutions. Consequently, this transition facilitates the accomplishment and conduct of business and communications electronically, which undoubtedly contributes to the growth, development, and enhanced status of the institution
