    تعتبر خدمات النقل من اهم الانشطة الخدمية التي تساعد على حركة الافراد والمواد وتربط اوصال الاوطان ببعضها البعض ، ويعتبر النقل داخل المدن من اهم ركائز النشاط المدني لما يساهم في ضبط الانشطة المصاحبة للنقل وتنويعها و تشير المؤشرات الاقتصادية إلى نمو هذا القطاع مع إزدياد الطلب علىيه نظرا للتطورات البيئية والاجتماعية المحددة لطريقة عيش الانسان ضمن المدن ، ومن جانب آخر تفرض على الشركات العاملة في هذا النشاط تحديات جما تجعلها تساير طلبات الزبائن مما أوجب عليها البحث عن تحسين متطلبات الخدمة المقدة للزبون لنيل رضاه ، وتعتمد في ذلك على ردود هؤلاء العملاء والزبائن من خلال منظومة عملية وفنية تظهر في أداء الموظفين والعمال و كذلك الوسائل المرتبطة بتقديم الخدمة بالاضافة لعوامل المنافسة و الشركات الأخرى التي تعتب منافسا من اجل تقديم خدمات ذات نوعية جيدة . Transport services are considered one of the most important service activities that help the movement of people and materials and connect the homelands to each other, and transport within cities is one of the most important pillars of civil activity, as it contributes to controlling and diversifying the activities associated with transport. And economic indicators indicate the growth of this sector with the increase in demand for it due to the environmental and social developments specific to the way people live within cities. On the other hand, companies working in this activity are imposed on great challenges that make them keep pace with customers’ demands, which necessitated them to search for improving the service requirements provided to the customer in order to obtain His satisfaction, and depends on the responses of these customers and customers through a practical and technical system that appears in the performance of employees and workers, as well as the means associated with providing the service in addition to competition factors and other companies that consider a competitor in order to provide good quality services
