    دور تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء المصارف

    هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء المصارف، وما يمكن ان يحققه للبنوك من خلال تحسين اداءها، حيث تم إجراء هذه الدراسة في بنكين" الصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياط CNEP، وبنك التنمية المحلية BDL، وتم توزيع استبيان على عينة الدراسة المكونةمن 40 موظف، وتم معالجة وتحليل بياناتالاستبيان باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة المتمثلة في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: يوجدآثار ذو دلالة معنوية للذكاء الاصطناعي على الصناعة المصرفية فيالصندوق الوطني للتوفير والاحتياطCNEP، وبنك التنمية المحلية BDL، تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تقلل الجهد على الموظفين من خلال قدرته على انجاز المهام الصعبة التي تحتاج إلى بدل جهد كبير من طرف الموظفين، كما تحسن أداء المؤسسات المصرفية وتزيد من ربحيتها بالإضافة الى تقليل تكاليفها. The study aimed to identify the role of applying artificial intelligence in improving the performance of banks, and the improvements it can bring to banks by enhancing their performance. This study was conducted in two banks: “Caisse Nationale d’Épargne et de Prévoyance (CNEP Bank)” and “Banque de Développement Local (BDL).” A questionnaire was distributed to a study sample consisting of 40 employees, and the data from the questionnaire were processed and analyzed using appropriate statistical methods with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is: There is a significant impact of artificial intelligence on the banking industry in the CNEP Bank and BDL. AI applications reduce the effort required from employees by handling complex tasks that would otherwise demand significant effort. Additionally, AI enhances the performance of banking institutions, increases their profitability, and reduces their costs
