    غرداية ALFAPIPE دور نظام إدارة الجودة في تحسين الاداء المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية - دراسة ميدانية شركة

    أجريت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى استخدام نظام إدارة االجودة الشاملة في الشركة الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيب , كماهدفت إلى البحث فيما إذا كاة الستخداـ نظام إدارة االجودة في تحسين الاداء المالي لشركة. ومن أجل تحقبق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج وصفي التحليلي, كما مت استخداـ أسلوب اؼبسح الشامل للمجتمع االحصائي للدراسة اؼبتمثل يف الشركة اعبزائرية لصناعة االنابيب بغرداية, و لذلك فقد مت توزيع االستبيانات على أفراد ؾبتمع الدراسة . من خبلؿ البحث يف ىذه الدراسة تبُت وجود عبلقة قوية بُت اعبودة و الرحبية, فالرحبية مقاسة بالعائد على االصوؿ و العائد على االستثمار و العائد على حقوؽ اؼبلكية و العائد على اؼببيعات و اف الشركات تبحث االساليب اليت سبكنها من التميز عن بقية الشركات االخرى, و ابرز ىده االساليب سبيز اػبدمة او اؼبنتج اؼبقدـ و جودهتما و كذلك خفض التكاليف نتيجة التوفيق بُت الكفاءة اؼبتحققة يف عملية االنتاج و االحتفاظ ) التمسك(بالمستهلك وجدب مستهلكين جدد . This study aims to recognize the extent of applying the pillar of total quality management in the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipeline "ALFA PIPE". It also aimed to examine whether the use of the total quality management system has an impact on improving the financial performance of the company. In order to achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive analytical method, it was used as a comprehensive survey style community statistical study of the Algerian company for the manufacture of pipes Ghardaia, and so it has been the questionnaires distributed to all members of the school community Through research in this study shows a strong correlation between quality and profitability , Valrlakeh measured by return on assets, return on investment and return on equity and return on sales and that companies are looking methods that enable them to stand out from the rest of the other companies , and the most prominent this topic methods distinguish the product or service provided and Jodthma and also reduce costs as a result of the achieved efficiency in the production process and keep ( adhering to ) consumer and waterless new consumers .
