    المسائل التي خالف فيها عبد الله بن عباس الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم

    تناولت في دراستي هذا الموضوع موضوعا موسوما بما خالف فيه عبد الله بن عبّاس الصّحابة رضوان الله تعالى عليهم، تحت الإشكالية الموسومة بـــ: ما هي المسائل التي خالف فيها عبد الله بن عبّاس الصّحابة رضي الله عنهم؟، وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية، قسمت البحث إلى محورين رئيسيين، ومبحث تمهيدي تطرّقت فيه إلى ترجمة الصّحابي عبد الله بن عبّاس رضّي الله عنّه كمدخل عام للموضوع، أمّا المبحث الأول تناولت فيه بالدّراسة المسائل التيّ خالف فيها عبد الله بن عبّاس الصّحابة في النّكاح والعدّة وربا الفضل، والمبحث الثّاني خصّصته للمسائل التّي خالف فيها عبد الله بن عبّاس الصّحابة في الفرائض. I mentioned some subjects which are related to Abd Allah Ibn Alabas as the matters which he argued with the friends of the prohet Mohamed(pbh).The answer of the question I made this research three parts and initial demand. I mentioned the opinions of Abd Allah Ibn Alabas, and general introduction to the object. The first part has Moatamarriage ( limited time marriage , incest marriage and theperiod which the women will stay if he is pregnant and his wife died. The second part I mentioned that the grand father delay the brothers to inherit and doesn't give who need. The third one contains one thing that is Riba
