    دور التكوين في تطوير الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة سونلغاز فرع التوزيع ولاية غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التكوين المهني وتطوير الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين، وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة من 75 موظفًا في مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية المنيعة. ركزت الدراسة على كل من دور المكوّن، ودور البرامج التكوينية في نجاح العملية التكوينية، وأظهرت النتائج أن التكوين يكون ذو فعالية، عندما يكون مبني على أهداف واضحة وسياسة رشيدة ذات أبعاد طويلة الأمد، وهذا لا يتحقق إلا في ظل توفر مكون ذات سمات مناسبة وبرامج تكوينية ذات أسس متينة وتوجهات عميقة، تتماشى مع متطلبات التكوين وأهدافه، فالتخطيط الشامل للعملية التكوينية يساهم في تطوير مهارات العمال وتحسين الكفاءة والأداء. This study aims to understand the relationship between vocational training and employee performance development. It was applied to a sample of 75 employees at Sonelgaz in the state of El Menia. The study focused on both the role of the trainer and the role of training programs in the success of the training process. The results showed that training is most effective when it is based on clear objectives and a sound policy with long-term dimensions. This can only be achieved when a trainer has appropriate characteristics and training programs with solid foundations and In-depth orientations that align with the training requirements and objectives. Comprehensive planning for the training process contributes to developing workers' skills and improving efficiency and performance.
