    تناولت في هذا البحث موض وعا يمس الفرد والمجتمع عامةفي دينه ودنياه والذي هو الخلوة بالمرأة لذا كان عنوان بحثي بعنوان أحكام الخلوة بين الجنسين وتطبيقاها المعاصرة وكانت مشكلته الرئيسية كالتالي :ماهي ضوابط الخلوة بين الجنسين؟ وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أحكام الخلوة وضوابطها وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة وايضاح الطرق والوسائل التي تحول دون الوقع في المحظور وبذالك توصلت إلى نتائج منها: أن من الخلوة ما هومباح هي كلخلوة أباحها الشرع ولم يمنعها كخلوة الرجل بمحارمه أو بزوجت، منها ماهو محرم هي كل خلوة بأجنبية وترتب عليها آثار. In this research, I dealt with a topic that affects the individual and society in general, in his religion and his worldly life, which is khilwa with women, so the title of my research was titled The provisions of khilwa between the sexes and their contemporary applications. This study aims to clarify the provisions of seclusion, its controls and contemporary applications, and to clarify the ways and means that prevent falling into the forbidden. With this, I came to the conclusions, including: What is permissible in seclusion is like the seclusion permitted by Sharia and not prevented by it, such as the seclusion of a man with his mahrams or a wife, among them what is forbidden is all seclusion with a foreigner and arranged It has traces.
