    دور عمليات إدارة المواهب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي -دراسة حالة مؤسسة الريادة التعليمية-

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ما مدى مساهمة عمليات إدارة المواهب في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمؤسسة الريادة التعليمية، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي، كما اعتمدنا على الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، والذي تم توزيعه على عينة حجمها 40 موظفا، من أجل تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. (spss) في حين استخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن إدارة المواهب هي عملية تتضمن استقطاب الأفراد ذوي الكفاءات العالية و تنميتهم و المحافظة عليهم و استغلالهم بأحسن شكل ممكن لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمنظمة This study aimed to identify the role of talent management processes in achieving organizational excellence at Al-Riyada Educational Foundation, and in order to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used on the theoretical side and the analytical approach on the applied side, and we also relied on the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of 40 employees, while we used the statistical package program (SPSS) in order to analyze data and test hypotheses. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of talent management on organizational excellence in the institution under study.
