    This research seek for: the issue of the entry of the time for daybreak prayer according to astronomers and the jurists, especially since there has been a dispute between contemporary jurists regarding the consideration of astronomy as a method in determining the time for the entry of the time of prayer. Accordingly, the research included three sections: an introductory topic in which the researcher defined the most important terms of the title, and the terms used in the research. Then a study in which he explained the divisions of dawn and its signs from the liar and the truthful, and the legally considered means for determining the time for the dawn prayer, and the two issues of sitting and travelling. As for the last topic, it was devoted to the astronomical study of entering the time of morning prayer, and divided into two demands: the first to explain the entry of the true dawn according to astronomers, and the second was devoted to the difference in calendars due to the difference of astronomers in determining the degree of true dawn in the calculation, and the opinions of jurists in that.
