    دور الشركات الناشئة في التنمية المحلية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الشركات الناشئة في التنمية المحلية في الجزائر، حيث تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في توضيح كيفية مساهمة الشركات الناشئة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، حيث تم عرض الإطار النظري للشركات الناشئة والتنمية المحلية، وتوضيح مساهمتها في الاقتصاد الوطني. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم تصميم استبيانة بما يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها وتم توزيعه على عينة من أصحاب الشركات الناشئة في الجزائر. أظهرت النتائج أن الشركات الناشئة تلعب دوراً هاماً في دعم التنمية المحلية من خلال خلق فرص عملجديدة، وتحفيز الابتكار، وجذب الاستثمارات، والمساهمة في تحسين مستوى المعيشةThis study aims to explore the role of startups in local development in Algeria. The main research problem focuses on how startups contribute to achieving local development. The study adopts a descriptive and analytical approach, presenting the theoretical framework of startups and local development, and clarifying their contribution to the national economy. Additionally, a questionnaire was designed to fit the study's topic and objectives and was distributed to a sample of startup owners in Algeria. The results indicate that startups play a significant role in supporting local development by creating new job opportunities, stimulating innovation, attracting investments, and contributing to the improvement of living standards.
