    مساهمة المحاسبة البيئية في تحقيق التمية المستدامة في المؤسسات الإقتصادية دراسة حالة بعض مؤسسات بولاية غرداية

    هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن مساتقة تطبيق المحاسبة البيئية في تحقيق التنمية اتظستدامة، بالاعتماد على اتظنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستهداؼ عينة من العاملتُ في اتظؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية غرداية، اتظقدر عددهم 52 والذي .spss تم التوزيع عليهم استبياف يتكوف من 33 عبارة، كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدا برنامج وخلصت الدارسة في اتصانب الوصفي للدراسة وجود مستوى عالي في تطبيق المحاسبة البيئية، وفي تحقيق التنمية اتظستدامة من خلبؿ البعد الاقتصادي ا ولبعد الاجتماعي والبعد البيئي، مع وجود مستوى عالي في تحقيق التنمية اتظستدامة لدى اتظؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية غرداية. وخلصػت الدارسػة في اتصانػب اتظتعلػق بػالتحقق مػن فرسػيات الدراسػة إ وجػود أثػر لتطبيػق المحاسػبة البيئيػة علػى تحقيػق التنميػة اتظسػتدامة مػن خػلبؿ البعػد الاقتصػادي ومػن خػلبؿ البعػد البيئػي، وعػد وجػود أثػر مػن خػلبؿ البعػد الاجتماعي، وبشكل عا يوجد أثر لتطبيق المحاسػبة البيئيػة علػى تحقيػق التنميػة اتظسػتدامة باتظؤسسػات الاقتصػادية لولاية غرداية. كما قدمت الدراسة تغموعة من التوصيات أتقها: على اتظؤسسات استخدا آلات ومواد غتَ مضرة بالبيئة والتي ليس تعا آثار سلبية على البيئة، وخطرة على العماؿ، أي تبتٍ إستًاتيجيات تكنولوجيا الإنتاج الأنظف، بالإسافة إ فرض غرامات وعقوبات مالية على اتظؤسسات التي تخرؽ القوانتُ اتظتعلقة حمماية البيئة The studyaimed to explore the contribution of environmentalaccounting application in achievingsustainabledevelopment, using a descriptiveanalyticalapproach and targeting a sample of employees in economic institutions in the state of Ghardaia, estimated to be 52 individuals. Theyweredistributed a questionnaire consisting of 33 statements, and the data wereanalyzedusing the SPSS software. The studyconcluded, in the descriptive aspect, thatthereis a highlevel of environmentalaccounting application and achievement of sustainabledevelopmentthrough the economic, social, and environmental dimensions, with a highlevel of sustainabledevelopmentamong the economic institutions in the state of Ghardaia. Regarding the verification of the study'shypotheses, the studyconcludedthatthereis an impact of environmentalaccounting application on achievingsustainabledevelopmentthrough the economic and environmental dimensions, but no impact through the social dimension. Overall, thereis an impact of environmentalaccounting application on achievingsustainabledevelopment in the economic institutions of Ghardaia. The studyalsoprovided a set of recommendations, the most important of whichis for institutions to use environmentallyfriendly machines and materialsthat have no negativeeffects on the environment or endangerworkers. It alsosuggestsadoptingcleaner production technologystrategies and imposing fines and financial penalties on institutions thatviolaterelatedlaws.
