    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى التزام الشركات بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، بدراسة عينة من موظفي شركة ألفا بايت غرداية بعدد 40 موظف موزعين على مختلف المستويات الإدارية، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال جمع البيانات بواسطة الاستبيان الموزع على عينة الدراسة، ولتحليل هده البيانات تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وقد توصلنا لجملة من النتائج أهمها مستوى تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة كل من التزام الإدارة العليا بالجودة الشاملة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي ومبدأ تحسين المستمر ومبدأ التركيز على العاملين ومبدأ التركيز على العملاء بمستوى مرتفع بشركة ألفا بايت غرداية محل الدراسة حسب وجهة نظر العينةThis study aimed to determine the extent of companies’ commitment to applying total quality management, by studying a sample of Alpha Byte Ghardaia employees, numbering 40 employees distributed at various administrative levels. The study relied on a descriptive analytical approach, by collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the study sample, and to analyze For this data, the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used, and we have reached a number of results, the most important of which is the level of application of the principles of comprehensive quality, both the commitment of senior management to comprehensive quality and strategic planning, the principle of continuous improvement, the principle of focusing on employees, and the principle of focusing on customers at a high level at Alpha Byte Ghardaia, the subject of the study, according to Sample point of view
