    In this research, the subject of the legal ruling influenced by the natural environment of the questioner when applying the legal ruling to reality, because the natural environment differs from one area to another, there are hot and very cold and freezing environments, and there are those who live outside the Earth’s atmosphere, such as astronauts who They work in satellite stations and the legal evidence on the validity of this topic was presented from the Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, the jurisprudence and fundamentalism rules, the sayings of the Companions, and the evidence from the jurisprudential schools, after the disagreement of the jurists was presented in it, and an explanation of how the natural environment of the questioner affected the legal ruling, and what kind Sharia ruling intended here? Finally, practical examples were presented regarding three different environments: First: the freezing and very cold regions, second: the extremely hot regions, and third areas outside the atmosphere, such as stations and spacecraft, and the surfaces of planets such as the moon and the like,
