    تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري للرقمنة ومنها التحول الرقمي والإدارة الرقمية والتكنولوجيا الرقمية إبراز أهمية تطبيق الرقمنة في مؤسسة سكودفيتال وتأثيرات الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا الرقمية بالنسبة للمؤسسة ومعرفة مدى الاستغناء عن الورق ف الإدارة الرقمية ف المؤسسة، علاقة الرقمنة بجودة العمل ف مؤسسة سكود فيتال، فكانت الإشكالية بطرح التساؤل التالي ماهي الآثار الاقتصادية للرقمنة ؟ ومن اجل معالجة هاته الإشكالية تم التطرق إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى نتائج أهمها : تسهيل البحث والوصول للمعلومات بشكل سريع باستخدام العديد من الأنظمة المخصصة لإدخال وإخراج البيانات، وتخزين البيانات بحماية وأمان وإمكانية طباعتها ونسخها، حيث أنها توفر مواقع ومنصات تسهل بشكل كبير عمليه التواصل مع المستخدمين ومن أهمها الهواتف النقالة التي تعتبر أكثر الأدوات استعمال أو أبسط، لإرسال الرسائل الرسمية بين الشركات والزبائن والزملاء في العمل The study aims to identify the theoretical framework of digitization, including digital transformation, digital management, and digital technology. It highlights the importance of implementing digitization in Scodvital organization and the impacts of digitization and digital technology for the organization. The study also investigates the extent to which paper can be eliminated in digital management within the organization. The relationship between digitization and work quality in Scodvital is examined, and the research question addresses the economic effects of digitization. To address this question, a descriptive analytical method was employed. The study concludes with several key findings: Facilitating research and quick access to information through specialized systems for data input, output, storage, protection, and printing. The study emphasizes the availability of websites and platforms that greatly facilitate communication with users, including mobile phones, which are widely used for sending official messages between companies, customers, and colleagues.
