    2025 MindBridge Ai Auditor دور تكنولوجيا التدقيق في تطوير مهنة محافظ الحسابات -دراسة ميدانية بالاعتماد على تطبيق

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور تكنولوجيا التدقيق في تطوير مهنة محافظ الحسابات في الجزائر، وذلك في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع المالية والمحاسبة. حيث ركزت الدراسة بشكل خاص على برنامج MindBridge Ai Auditor كنموذج تطبيقي لتكنولوجيا التدقيق، و تم تحليل مدى فعاليته في بيئة العمل الجزائرية من خلال إجراء مقابلات ميدانية مع محافظي الحسابات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاعتماد على التكنولوجيا يسهم بشكل واضح في تعزيز كفاءة الأداء التدقيقي وتقليل الأخطاء البشرية وتسريع العمليات وتقليص التكاليف، كما تبين من خلال الدراسة محدودية الوعي بتطبيقMindBridge Ai Auditor و صعوبة الولوج إليه والتعامل المباشر مع التطبيق سواء من الطلبة أو من محافظي الحسابات. إلا أن الدراسة رصدت أيضًا مجموعة من التحديات التي تعيق دمج التكنولوجيا في المهنة، مثل ضعف التكوين التقني وارتفاع تكلفة البرمجيات ووجود مقاومة للتغيير من طرف بعض المهنيين.This study addresses the role of audit technology in developing the profession of statutory auditors in Algeria, in light of the rapid digital transformation taking place in the financial and accounting sectors. The adoption of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing has significantly reshaped the responsibilities of auditors, shifting their role beyond traditional financial review toward the use of analytical tools that enhance risk detection and improve the quality of financial reporting. The study focused in particular on the MindBridge Ai Auditor platform as a case study to evaluate the practical application of audit technology in the Algerian context. Interviews with practicing auditors revealed that technological adoption plays a vital role in improving audit efficiency, reducing human error, accelerating workflows, and lowering operational costs. Moreover, it expands the scope of auditors’ work to include value-added financial and regulatory advisory services. Nevertheless, the study also highlighted several challenges that hinder full technological integration, including limited technical training, high software costs, and some resistance to change among professionals

    واقع المصارف الجزائرية في تطبيق نظام الدفع الإلكتروني دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بنك (BADR) ولاية غرداية

    تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح واقع المصارف الجزائرية في تطبيق أنظمة الدفع الالكتروني، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لاستعراض مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالنظام المصرفي الجزائري وأهم الأسس التي يقوم عليها من مبادئ وقوانين ومفاهيم متعلقة بأنظمة الدفع الالكتروني، وفي الدراسة التطبيقية اعتمدنا دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR وكالة غرداية، حيث تم التعرف على مختلف وسائل الدفع الالكترونية المستخدمة في البنك، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الطلب على بطاقات الدفع الالكتروني ازداد في الآونة الأخيرة والسبب يعود إلى ظهور وانتشار فيروس كورونا والذي ساهم بدوره في تطوير أنظمة الدفع الالكتروني. The study aims to clarify the reality of Algerian banks in the application of electronic payment systems, where the descriptive approach was relied upon to review the various concepts related to the Algerian banking system and the most important foundations on which it is based on the principles, laws and concepts of electronic payment systems, and in the applied study we adopted a case study of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development BADR Ghardaia Agency, where the various electronic payment methods used in the bank were identified, and the study concluded that the demand for electronic payment cards has increased recently and the reason is due to the emergence and spread of the Corona virus, which in turn contributed to the development of electronic payment systems
