    الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدي أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بدائرة القرارة "

    هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ودافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأما العينة فتكونت من91 استاذ، طبق عليهم مقياسين مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لدانيال جولمان من إعداد وترجمة الدكتور حسان مالح، ومقياس الدافعية الانجاز لعبد الرحمن صالح الازرق. بعد أن تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية من خلال حساب الصدق والثبات، تمت المعالجة . SPSS24 الإحصائية لبيانات الدراسة الميدانية باستخدام الحزمة الاحصائية توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج الاتية: - مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي مرتفع. - مستوى دافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي منخفض . - لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الانفعالي ودافعية الانجاز لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. The study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and achievement motivation among primary education teachers The researcher in this study used the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of 91 male and female professors, to whom two scales were applied, one for emotional intelligence and the other for achievement motivation, after the psychometric efficiency was confirmed by calculating validity and reliability, and the statistical treatment of the field study data was done using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. A one- sample t- test and the Pearson correlation coefficient until this study reached the following results: The level of achievement motivation is low among primary education teachers. The level of emotional intelligence is high among secondary education teachers. There is no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and achievement motivation. Finally, based on the results, the study was concluded with suggestions. .
