    الإلتزام التنظيمي وعلاقته بسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية

    This study aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the Distribution Directorate, as well as to identify the differences according to gender, job level and age, and to reveal the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Honesty and reliability) on a sample of 77 workers in the Directorate of Distribution in Ghardaia, using the descriptive approach and appropriate statistical methods and using the statistical package for social sciences (0.spss 22), the following results were reached: - The level of organizational commitment among the workers of the Distribution Directorate is average. - The level of organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the Distribution Directorate is high. - There are no differences in the level of organizational commitment due to the following variables (gender, job level, age). - There are differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior due to the following variables (gender, age). - There are no differences in the level of organizational citizenship behavior due to the following variable (functional level). - There is no relationship between organizational commitment (continuity, emotional, normative) and organizational citizenship behavior (altruism, conscience awareness, sportsmanship, civility, civilized behavior) among the workers of the Distribution Directorate.
