    تحليل القوائم المالية ودورها في اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية -دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي لغير الاجراء CASNOS - غرداية-

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور وأثر تحليل القوائم المالية في اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث انطلقنا بإشكالية مفادها" الى أي مدى يمكن للصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء CASNOS لولاية غرداية الإعتماد على القوائم المالية في إتخاذ قراراته؟"، ومن أجل الإجابة على هذه الإشكالية والتأكد من صحة فرضياتها قمنا بإستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإستعمال أداة تحليل وثائق من خلال بعملية تحليل القوائم المالية ) ميزانية، جدول حساب النتائج، جدول تدفقات الخزينة( الخاصة بالصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء CASNOS لولاية للفترة 2021 / 2023 وتوصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج أهما: 1 . يعتبر إتخاذ القرار من أكثر الوظائف أهمية وحساسية في المؤسسة فهو يعبر عن الخطط المستقبلية للمؤسسة؛ 2 . تحليل القوائم المالية يلعب دورا حيوي في تمكي قادة المؤسسات الاقتصادية من اتخاذ القرارات المالية الصائبة والاستراتيجية بناء على معلومات دقيقة وشاملة؛ 3 . تمتلك المؤسسة محل الدراسة وضعية مالية مزرية، حيث حقق الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي نتيجة صافية سالبة خلال سنوات الدراسة بسبب تدني إرادتها عن مصاريفها . كما توصلنا إلى مجموعة من التوصيات هي: - القيام بدورات وندوات تثقيفية حول أهمية إستخدام أدوات تحليل القوائم المالية في عملية إتخاذ القرار؛ - يجب على المؤسسات أ ن تقوم بجملة من الدورات وتأهيل مسؤولي وإطارات مختصو ن في تحليل المعلومات والبيانات المحاسبية وإستغلال هذه المعلومات بطريقة جيدة في إتخاذ مختلف القرارات. This study aims to highlight the role and impact of the analysis of financial lists in decision-making in the economic institution, where we have put forward the problem of "How far can the National Fund for Social Security for Non-Employers CASNOS of Gardia State rely on financial lists for its decision-making?", In order to answer this problem and verify the validity of its assumptions, we used the analytical descriptive approach using a document analysis tool where we analyzed the financial lists (budget, results calculation table, treasury flow table) of the National Fund for Social Security for Non-Employees CASNOS for the 2021/2023 term and produced a set of results: 1. Decision-making is one of the most important and sensitive functions in the institution ؛ 2. Analysis of financial lists plays a vital role in enabling leaders of economic institutions to make correct and strategic financial decisions based on accurate and comprehensive information؛ 3. The institution in question has a dire financial situation, with the National Social Security Fund having achieved a negative net result during the school years because of its lower will than its expenses. We have reached a set of recommendations: - Conducting educational courses and seminars on the importance of using financial inventory analysis tools in decision-making; - Institutions should conduct a number of courses and qualify officials and frameworks specializing in the analysis of accounting information and data and make good use of this information in making various decisions.
