    تناولت في دراستي لموضوع الزواج العرفي وإشكالات إثباته في الشريعة وقانون الأسرة الجزائري ,حيث كانت إشكاليته متمثلة في مامشروعية الزواج العرفي؟وماهي أهم طرق إثباته؟وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية قسمت بحثي إلى أربعة مباحت تضمنت مفهوم الزواج العرفي من الناحية الشرعية والقانونية مع دكر حكمه الشرعي وأهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى انتشارة,وأهم الطرق التي يثبت بها وإجراءات تسجيله أمام الجهات القضائية وآثاره المترتبة على الأسرة خاصة والمجتمع عامة وفي الأخير دكرت خاتمة تضمنت أهم ماتوصلت إليه ان الزواج العرفي المستوفي لأركانه وشروطه زواج شرعي صحيح ينقصه التوثيق أمام الجهات القضائية فقط.In My Studing to the subjecti have costumary marigge and the problemes oF provining in the sharia and algerian family law the topics thesis statement was as fallow were its problems were presented by whats the legality of costomart marriage and what are the most important methods of proving it ? i have divided the topic into four topics inculed : the concept of costumary marriag frome the ligitimat and law point the most important reasons that led to its spread the procedures for registreation at thg judicial authorities and thg effects of thg family and thg scietey as conclusion thg most important finding that thg costomary marriage whitch meets its conditions is valid and legitimate one just missed only a documentatin at thg judocial authorites
