    اثر تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية لمؤسسة صندوق الضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء لولاية غرداية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور فعالية الادارة الالكترونية و بيان أثر تطبيقها على كفاءات العاملين في مؤسسة صندوق الضمان الإجتماعي لغير الأجراء فرع غرداية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة الدراسة40 مفردة عولجت بياناتها عن طريق مجموعة من الاختبارات الاحصائية على برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةSPSSوتم تحليلها للحصول على نتائج سمحت بالإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة و التوصل الى النتائج التالية:  يوجد آثر دو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 > @ لابعاد الاجتماعيةاستخدام اجهزة الحاسوب و المعادات،الشبكات،البرامج و صناع المعرفة في تحسين أداء العاملين بصندوق الضمان الاجتماعي العمال الغير اجراء فرع غرداية This study aims to identify the role and effectiveness of e-management and to examine the impact of its application on the competencies of employees at the Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers – Ghardaïa Branch. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, and the study sample included 40 individuals. The collected data were processed using a set of statistical tests through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and analyzed to obtain results that answered the research questions. The study reached the following findings: _There is a statistically significant impact at the 0.05 significance level of using computers and equipment on improving employee performance at the Social Security Fund for Non-Salaried Workers – Ghardaïa Branch
